Personal check, PayPal and major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diner’s Club and JCB credit cards) are accepted by NYCEDA store for on-line products, workshops and in person services.  Note: “Signing In” to the NYCEDA Store below is optional.   “Sign In” is not required for purchase.

Purchase, Refund and Return Policy for NYCEDA Products:

Most sales are refundable within 10 business days.

For all products purchased you will receive an email containing a receipt of your purchase with details of purchase.  If paying by check please submit payment at time of service.   To reserve a seat for RSVP events please mail check payable to NYC Expert Disability Associates to the following address: 99 Madison Avenue, Floor 5, Suite 5028, New York, NY 10016 – prior to the event deadline posted.   Include your email address or mailing address to have a receipt sent to you.  If you need assistance please call telephone number (917) 658-6049 or email: [email protected]
